Description:

M/S Khan Revive is a multi-service, business-oriented organization. As part of our business expansion, we are hiring energetic, responsible, and sales-focused professionals for our Telesales Department. This role offers a stable salary structure, career growth opportunities, and performance-based benefits.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote company products and services.

· Generate new sales leads and follow up through B2B and B2C telesales calls.

· Maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and ensure long-term engagement.

· Clearly explain product details, offers, and company services in a confident and professional manner.

· Work according to assigned duty rosters and shift schedules.

· Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Salary Structure (Transparent & Guaranteed):

· Starting Salary: BDT 12,000 per month

· After 3 months of joining: Salary increase of BDT 1,000

· After 6 months of joining: Additional salary increase of BDT 1,000

· Total salary after 6 months: BDT 14,000 per month

· After completing 2 years of service: Additional salary increase of BDT 1,000

Duty Roster (Shift-Based):

· Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

· Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

· Shift 3: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

· Shift 4: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Note: Duty rosters may change based on operational requirements and mutual discussion. Candidates must be mentally prepared for shift changes.

Weekly Off:

· 2 days off per week (as per roster)

Eid Bonus:

· BDT 4,000 Eid Bonus

Condition for Eid Bonus Eligibility:

· 3 days before Eid

· Eid day

· 3 days after Eid

· Total 7 full duty days must be completed
